Your role as a Medical device analyst

If you are driven to solve “puzzles” this could be the job for you. As a Medical Device Analyst (MDA) you are the cornerstone in the development of our digital simulation trainings working in close collaboration with experts from leading medical device manufacturing companies, and with healthcare professionals. Your task is to gather information regarding the device functionality, user interaction, target group(s), and more to determine what the healthcare professionals need to know to operate the device safely and effectively. Together with a multidisciplinary team you will analyze and process all this information to define the learning objectives of the training and develop the training's device model, content and structure. After the creation of the training is completed, you will stay connected to the training for various tasks such as copywriting, translations and customer support to ensure that the users of our training get the best learning experience possible.

As a Medical Device Analyst, you’ll take on an interdisciplinary role that calls for a wide-ranging skill set. You combine strong project management with knowledge of instructional design, and you’re genuinely curious about how medical devices work. To make our trainings successful, you communicate clearly, listen well, and confidently assess stakeholder needs. If you enjoy building relationships, aligning with different people, and energizing those you work with—while staying connected to the medical world—you’ll feel right at home here.
